Police: Man arrested after hitting person with car following argument

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - Police say a man is in jail after he hit another man with his car after a fight.
According to his affidavit, 24-year-old Joseph Augusno got into a fight near Frosty Smokes on South Weinbach Avenue.
Witnesses told police during the fight, Augusno got in his car and put it in drive.
The victim says he was hit in the leg.
Police say he was complaining of pain but did not want to go to the hospital.
Officers say a building was also hit by Augusno’s car after the fight.
He is being held without bond.
