Moore County Schools on US-15 in Carthage.

The Moore County Board of Education recently adopted a policy revision prohibiting attendees of closed-session meetings from taking photos or recording proceedings.

Seemingly a result of board member David Hensley recording prior audio and taking photos during closed sessions, board policy 1314 now has an addition: “No Board member, administrator or staff person shall photograph during or record a closed session or any portion thereof. The Board attorney may record a closed session or portion thereof in order to assist in the attorney’s preparation of closed session minutes.”

What a pathetic group of people.

These people are unable to present themselves as a cohesive, professional group with productive interests other than their own axes to grind. What about the kids?
