Drs. Marc Finkelstein and Robert Turoff and their practice Suffolk Surgical Associates have joined the health system’s network of community practices.

“The Stony Brook Medicine Department of Surgery is excited to welcome doctors Marc Finkelstein, Robert Turoff and their practice to the Stony Brook Medicine community,” Dr. Apostolos Tassiopoulos, chair of the Department of Surgery at Stony Brook Medicine, said in a news release about the new members of the health system’s physician network.

“They have a combined 75 years of experience as surgeons, including general, colorectal, gastroenterology, trauma, surgical oncology and breast surgeries,” Tassiopoulos added. “Their extensive experience will be a valuable resource to Stony Brook’s far-reaching goal to provide the best patient care to our Long Island community.”
