WEST COLUMBIA — If you’re looking for a festival that hits all the right notes, West Columbia is the place to be this weekend.

The 69th annual San Jacinto Festival starts at 4 p.m. Friday with the KidZone with games and rides free to all children. Also opening at 4 p.m. are Trade Day vendors at West Columbia Civic Center.
