A legal ethics trial a decade in the making starts Tuesday.
Joe Dunn, the former executive director of California’s state bar, faces two counts of moral turpitude for misleading leaders of the lawyer-regulating agency about the true costs of a trip he took to Mongolia in 2014. If State Bar Court Judge Yvette Roland sustains those charges, Dunn could see his law license suspended or even revoked.
