WHO: It’s the 2024 Sunset Valley ARTFEST, celebrating 16 years of family fun. This is a FREE event with over 100 local artisans, food vendors, plus live music on two stages, and activities for the kids.

WHAT: Mark your calendars and get ready to groove to the tunes of an Austin favorite, the Marcia Ball Band, along with Dale Watson and His Lone Stars, and The Tiarras – all on the Main Stage, specific times to be announced. The Crockett High School Steel Drum Band and Bowie High School Jazz Band will kick off the event at 10 a.m. On the Community Stage, kids can enjoy interactive music and fun with Charlie Faye & the Fanimals, Joe McDermott and the Smart Little Creatures, and Mr. Will and the Excavators. The Bike Zoo will also be cruising around with colorful bicycle art. A portion of the funding for Sunset Valley ARTFEST’s musical talent is provided by a grant from the Texas Commission on the Arts.

The ARTFEST is a large-scale community event attracting over 8,000 attendees annually. The event is hosted by the Sunset Valley Arts Commission and the City of Sunset Valley. This is a FREE ADMISSION, one-day event celebrating art, live music, and fun for everyone in the family – and there is plenty of FREE PARKING. See a wide variety of unique art from over 100 artisans showcasing their work from paintings to sculpture, pottery, glass, jewelry, leather, woodworking, and much more.
