Man Convicted

SIOUX FALLS — A Rosebud man has been convicted of sexual abuse counts related to crimes committed on the Yankton Sioux Reservation.

According to United States Attorney Alison J. Ramsdell, Shane Mousseaux, 37, was convicted on April 18 of three counts of sexual abuse of a minor and two counts of abusive sexual contact. The convictions came following a three-day jury trial in federal district court in Sioux Falls
