MEMPHIS, Tenn. - The Memphis Police Department (MPD) located an additional victim following the mass shooting during an Orange Mound block party, police said.

MPD has also increased the reward value to $15,000 and urging anyone with information to contact 901-528-CASH.

Two men were killed and seven other people were injured Saturday night after a shooting at an "unpermitted" block party in Orange Mound, police said.

Initially, Interim Memphis Police Chief C.J. Davis said 16 people were shot but the department has since updated that number to nine because "we believe the error occurred with several victims being reported multiple times."

Officers responded to the shooting just before 7:20 p.m. Saturday, April 20, 2024, on the 2400 block of Carnes Avenue.

Police said up to 300 people were at a block party at Orange Mound Park that was not permitted by the city.

FOX13 obtained footage showing people gathered around a basketball court watching a car doing donuts when gunfire erupted. It then shows people diving for cover.

Late Saturday night, Memphis Police said of the six people hurt, one was in critical condition and one had been released from the hospital.

On Sunday, police said that all seven victims were in stable condition.

No arrests have been made but Davis said that her department identified at least two potential shooters.

Also on Sunday morning, Memphis Mayor Paul Young issued the following statement:

"This morning, we are one community united by grief. We are all Orange Mound this morning. There are no words that can adequately express the pain we are all feeling over this most recent act of senseless violence -- where guns were brazenly brought to a park filled with young people, families, and children. And there are no words to describe the frustration of having to use the qualifier 'most recent' when speaking of the violence in our community. This must stop. The violence must end. For the future of our city, we have to solve the problem together."

In a statement, MPD's Davis asked for the Memphis community to "stand together." Her full statement is below:

"In light of recent senseless acts of violence in Memphis, it's imperative that we stand together as a community. We must condemn these acts and offer our support to those affected. But beyond condemnation, we as a community must take action.
