Media entrepreneur Dan Abrams has bought a $10.62M unit in the NYC building where Chelsea Clinton lives

Media entrepreneur and television personality Dan Abrams and his longtime partner, publicist Florinka Pesenti, have plunked down a cool $10.62 million for a dazzling new home in Manhattan, Gimme Shelter has learned.

It’s located at The Whitman, a tony boutique condo at 21 E. 26th St. The building itself is a Neo-Georgian mansion built in 1924 that overlooks Madison Square Park and comes with just four units — including one owned by Chelsea Clinton and her family.

Jennifer Lopez has also owned a penthouse there since 2014 — and, as Gimme Shelter also reported on Wednesday, that home is in contract to sell after seven years on the market.

Abrams, ABC’s chief legal analyst, made an undisclosed fortune selling the Law & Crime Network, a video and production company that he founded.

Abrams is also the founder of Mediaite, which celebrates its 15th anniversary in May, along with a group of fine liquor sites.

He also hosts shows on NewsNation, SiriusXM and elsewhere. Abrams even made a cameo appearance in the recent finale of “Curb Your Enthusiasm.” In addition, he owns the North Fork’s EV&EM vineyard, named after the two kids he shares with Pesenti, a former “Amazing Race” winner in the early aughts.

Abrams bought the full-floor condo — as long as a city block — via an anonymous shell company that he controls, we hear. The residence was asking $11.99 million, but needed extensive work. A renovation ensued, and the results were revealed by art consultant Kate Bellin on social media.

The four-bedroom, 5.5-bath spread is 4,967 square feet.

The dwelling boasts 12-plus-foot ceiling heights, wide plank oak floors and key-locked elevator access. It all opens to a foyer and a gallery that lead to a large living and dining area. The living area features three large windows overlooking Madison Square Park, while an open chef’s kitchen comes with a large breakfast bar — and heads to an adjacent media room with a home office.

A main bedroom suite is on the opposite wing of the apartment and includes an ensuite spa-like bath.

The building boasts just four units, including a penthouse duplex. MEGA

The sellers are financier Jon Silvetz and model Deon Bray, who first listed the apartment for $13.75 million in 2022, almost 10 years after buying it for $10 million in 2013, as Gimme Shelter reported exclusively.

The listing brokers were Corcoran’s Jared Seligman and Douglas Elliman’s Eleonora Srugo. Abrams was repped by Cortnee Glasser, of Sotheby’s International Realty.
