MOSCOW, November 9. /TASS/. Six F-16 jets of the Israeli Air Force have carried out strikes on military sites in two Syrian provinces, said Rear Admiral Vadim Kulit, deputy chief of the Russian Center for Reconciliation of the Opposing Parties in Syria.

"From 10:49 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on November 8, six Israeli Air Force F-16 tactical fighter jets, operating in the airspace of Lebanon and the occupied Golan Heights, carried out air strikes on the positions of the Armed Forces of the Syrian Arab Republic in the Damascus and As-Suwayda provinces. No casualties were reported," he said.

Kulit added that three Syrian servicemen were wounded in the Latakia province as the positions of the Syrian government forces were attacked with two grenades dropped from drones, which were launched by terrorists from the area of the Tardin settlement, and sniper fire from illegal armed groups from the area of the Barza Faukani settlement.

He also said aircraft of the so-called the US-led coalition continues to create dangerous conditions in the skies over Syria by performing flights in violation of deconflicting protocols and breeching Syrian airspace.

"Over the past day, records have been made of three violations by the coalition of the deconflicting protocols of December 9, 2019, which involved flights by unmanned aerial vehicles that were not coordinated with the Russian side. In the area of al-Tanf, four violations by a pair of F-16 fighter jets and two MQ-1C multi-purpose drones of the coalition were registered over the past day," Kulit said.
