NLRB Lawyers Didn’t Mean to Break Law in SpaceX Case, Court Says

A federal appeals court found that two National Labor Relations Board attorneys didn’t intend to break the law when they contacted a California federal trial court amid a venue dispute in litigation involving Elon Musk’s SpaceX.

A three-judge panel for the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit found Wednesday that the NLRB attorneys “were not intending to violate the law and the rules” when they contacted the clerk’s office of the other court, after the Fifth Circuit halted the case’s transfer there.
