Police have identified the victim of a deadly shooting that happened over the weekend in Raytown.The Raytown Police Department says Raymond Rucker, 18, of Kansas City, has been identified as the victim of a shooting that happened early Sunday evening in the 9000 block of East 85th Place.Police were called to the scene at approximately 5:11 p.m. on the reported sound of gunshots.About an hour later, officers were told that a Rucker had been taken to an area hospital by a private vehicle. Police later determined that the victim had been shot in the street near the reported shooting scene.Rucker reportedly died from his injuries at the hospital a short time after arriving. Police are still searching for suspects and have not released any details on the circumstances leading up to the shooting.
