Grand County Library District announces bookmark art contest winners

Congratulations to all winners of Grand County Library District’s 2024 Bookmark Art Contest. Young artists submitted original work depicting the summer reading program theme of “Adventure Begins at Your Library.”
The district received 47 entries across three categories, and the top two winners in each have been announced.
Look for new bookmarks displaying the work of these talented artists at your local library. Thanks to all students from kindergarten through eighth grade who participated.
Pre-kindergarten through second grade

Grades 3-5
- First place – Anneke Veenstra
- Second place – Cadence Stetter
Grades 6-8
- First place – Ella Veenstra
- Second place – Gretta Roehrs
