Baltimore County police have released the name of the woman who was found fatally shot in Parkville Sunday afternoon.
Officers have identified the woman as 27-year-old Shakeia Allen. She was found dead in the 100 block of Whitelaw Place near Walther Boulevard.
Homicide detectives believe that Allen was the victim of a targeted attack. There is no word on a motive and police have not announced any arrests in the case.
Metro Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information that leads to an arrest in the case.
