The circus is coming to town! New England Center for Circus Arts bringing 'What To Do If Your Balloon Pops' to The Colonial

Abigail Felstenhausen takes to the lyra, or aerial hoop, in the "2023 Circus Springboard" show. Similar aerial feats will be performed by New England Center for the Circus Arts at The Colonial Theatre on May 3. 

PITTSFIELD — A trapeze artist hurtling through the air, from rope to rope. An aerialist sliding up and down emerald silks. A human body curling itself up into an aerial hoop, known as a lyra, or shimmying up and sliding down the vertical pole known as the Chinese pole.
