LANSING, MI -- One man is dead and a person of interest is in custody following a shooting Friday morning at an apartment complex on Turner Road. According to WILX-10, Lansing police were dispatched to the scene just after midnight for reports of a shooting.
When police arrived on scene, they discovered a 22-year-old man had been shot. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital where he later died as a result of his injuries. It is unclear when the person of interest was taken into custody, but police did say they believe the shooting is an isolated incident.
