Passersby of Owasso’s newly developed 5th Avenue Business Park will start to notice more signage going up across the large property.
Located on 10 acres south of 76th Street North off of U.S. 169, the industrial complex is continuing to welcome new tenants — including its latest occupant, Eagle Window Tint — more than a year after its official opening.
Eagle Window Tint recently relocated from a Broken Arrow storefront to the new Owasso site and celebrated a ribbon cutting with the Owasso Chamber on Wednesday, April 24.
“It’s kind of a dream come true,” said owner Joel Witten, who runs the business with his wife, Rachel. “It was something that we really wanted, to be back in Owasso and just be close to home.”

The company offers different levels of tinting that helps block sunlight and reduce UV rays for a variety of vehicles.
Eagle’s baseline tint starts with a died film with a low level of heat defense, followed by its second-tier C2 carbon tint that provides 34-77% protection and its third-tier carbon plus tint that provides 71-88% protection.
“It’s needed,” Rachel said of their product. “It can reflect heat out so you’re not as hot in your vehicle. It makes your car more comfortable, it’ll make the interior last longer, it’ll prevent your leather from drying out, cracking.”
The Wittens, who have served in the automotive industry since 2008, said they are looking forward to giving back to the community through their longstanding experience improving people’s modes of transportation.
“My OCD won’t let me not do a good job,” Joel joked. “Just trying to do the best job that we can.”
Rachel added: “Customer service, that’s (our) No. 1 priority.”
