WERE REPORTED LAST YEAR. BARKENTINE NOW NOW THE WGAL NEWS EIGHT STORM TEAM FORECAST WITH METEOROLOGIST TJ SPRINGER. MIX WITH THOSE CLOUDS AND WE’RE GOING TO CONTINUE TO SEE THAT TREND HOLDING AT LEAST THROUGH THE EARLY AFTERNOON. ANNE. WE’VE HAD AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE THAT’S BEEN WORKING EASTBOUND AND AS THAT STARTS TO MOVE AWAY FROM US, WE’RE GOING TO CONTINUE TO SEE THE CLOUDS THINNING. SO IF YOU CAN GET OUT, ENJOY THE SUN, SOAK UP SOME VITAMIN D, BUT YOU MAY NEED A LIGHT JACKET OUT THERE. IT IS CHILLY WITH THE HELP OF THAT NORTHEASTERLY BREEZE WITH HIGH PRESSURE OFF TO OUR NORTH. STARTING TO SETTLE IN, WE CAN SEE SOME OF THOSE CLOUDS RIGHT NOW ON A SATELLITE, BUT WE’RE NOT TRACKING ANY SHOWERS ON THE STORM TEAM LIVE RADAR NETWORK, AND THAT’S THE WAY IT WILL STAY THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF OUR THURSDAY. THE BIGGER STORY LEE IS THAT CHILL. THE AIR MASS COLDER THAN THIS TIME YESTERDAY. YOU CAN SEE IN LEBANON ALMOST 15 DEGREES FOR THE CHILLIER AND THAT’S THE SAME FOR THOSE OF YOU IN A CHAMBERSBURG -13 WERE 11 DEGREES COOLER IN YORK COMPARED TO 24 HOURS AGO, AND TEN DEGREES COOLER IN THE CAPITAL CITY, WITH NUMBERS IN THE 40S. FOR SOME OF US, THAT INCLUDES THOSE OF YOU IN LEWISTOWN, IT’S. 45 DEGREES THERE, 53 IN LEBANON, IT IS SLIGHTLY WARMER, 57 THE CURRENT READING HEADING SOUTHWEST TOWARD GETTYSBURG. WE ARE EXPECTING TEMPERATURES TO WARM UP INTO THE MIDDLE 50S TO AROUND 60, BUT THAT IS COOLER THAN AVERAGE FOR THIS TIME OF APRIL, WE ARE GOING TO HAVE A BRIEF WIND SWITCH BACK AROUND TO THE SOUTH AND EAST AROUND A 5 TO 10. AS WE PROGRESS THROUGHOUT THE NEXT 24 HOURS, A LITTLE VARIABLE WITH THAT HIGH PRESSURE OFF TO OUR NORTH, BUT EVENTUALLY WE GET BACK AROUND TO A LIGHT SOUTHEASTERLY BREEZE WITH THE CLEARING SKY TONIGHT, THAT LIGHT WIND COULD HAVE SOME PATCHY FROST ONCE AGAIN, SO YOU MAY HAVE TO DO A QUICK SCRAPE ON THE WINDSHIELD. THEN WE’RE BACK INTO THE LOW TO MID 60S UNDER A NICE AMOUNT OF SUNSHINE FOR OUR FRIDAY. IF YOU’RE PLANNING ON GETTING OUT TO CHECK OUT THE REVS, IT’S OPENING DAY. IT’S GOING TO BE A LITTLE COOL THOUGH. MIDDLE 50S FOR FIRST PITCH WILL FALL BACK TO 52, TWO FOR THE RIGHT ON HOME FROM WELLSPAN. SO I WOULD SAY SAME STORY YOU’D WANT A SWEATSHIRT OR A HOODIE TONIGHT OUT AT THE BALLPARK PREDICTOR SHOWS THOSE CLOUDS CONTINUING TO BREAK UP THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF THE DAY THROUGH DINNERTIME. WE’RE FINE THROUGH THE OVERNIGHT. THOSE CLOUDS, AT LEAST WITH THE HELP OF THAT HEATING LOSS TO WE SEE THAT CLEARING TREND. YOU CAN SEE THAT NORTHEAST BREEZE. BUT AS WE HEAD THROUGH OUR FRIDAY, YOU NOTICE THAT WIND GETTING BACK AROUND FROM THE SOUTH AND EAST. THAT’S WHAT HELPS BRING OUR TEMPERATURES BACK UP AND EVENTUALLY A LITTLE MORE MOISTURE INTO THE AIR AHEAD OF A SYSTEM THAT IS GOING TO BRING US THE POTENTIAL FOR A FEW SHOWERS. ON SATURDAY, OUR NEWS EIGHT STORM TEAM TEN DAY FORECAST FEATURES A BIG TIME WARM-UP, THOUGH JUMPING FROM AROUND 60 ON SATURDAY BACK TO THE LOWER 80S ON SUNDAY. WE DO HAVE A LITTLE ENERGY ALOFT. COULD SEE A STRAY SHOWER OR THUNDERSTORM SUNDAY THE SAME FOR OUR MONDAY, BUT A HIGHER CHANCE FOR SOME SHOWERS AND RUMBLES TUESDAY AS A COLD FRONT MOVES IN. SUSAN. THAT SADLY DOES COINCIDE WI
