Whisker Wednesday: Meet Milo, a black cat up for adoption

BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — Holly Carey of Cat Haven is back with another beautiful cat looking for his “furever” home this Whisker Wednesday.

Milo is a black lap cat around two years old who loves getting extra pets and hugs. His adoption fee is $125. He’s neutered, microchipped and has all of his vaccinations.

Carey said Milo doesn’t get along well with other cats so he would be better off in a home with no other cats.

If you’re unable to adopt Milo, then consider donating to Cat Haven. Donations cover the fees to get cats fixed and treated before they’re adopted. This also helps with the overall services provided by Cat Haven and making sure the shelter cats have a sweet life before they head off to their new, loving home and family.

Cat Haven is located at 11130 N. Harrells Ferry Road and is open from noon to 6 p.m. Monday to Saturday and noon to 4 p.m. Sunday. Click here to see adoptable cats.
