An overturned dump truck is slowing traffic on southbound Interstate 476 late Monday morning near Quakertown.
The crash happened just after 7 a.m. about 5 miles south of the Quakertown exit on I-476, according to PennDOT. Lanes were reopened by about 10:30 a.m. Heavy delays are still happening from the crash.
Those traveling southbound from the Lehigh Valley should exit at the Quakertown exit to avoid major delays.
PennDOT’s traffic website, 511pa.com, listed traffic as “stop and go” on I-476 southbound leading to the Quakertown exit.
Drivers should be alert for traffic and should expect delays in the area, according to the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
