Jeffrey Dean Morgan is an American actor. He started his acting career in 1991 and has spent most of his career in television, starring on a number of popular shows, including
Supernatural
,
Grey's Anatomy
and
The Good Wife
. His most notable role is as Negan on AMC's
The Walking Dead
, which he has played since season 6 in 2016. He's also been in films like
Red Dawn
(2012) and
Texas Killing Fields
(2011). Morgan married actress Hilarie Burton in 2019 after being together for 10 years. Together they have two children and live on a farm in New York State. The couple also owns a candy store with Paul Rudd in Rhinebeck, New York.
