The Met Gala is fashion’s favorite spectator sport. On this night, the guests are “players” and their “stats” are the number of times they’ve attended and what they wore and its provenance. In the days since 2024’s first Monday in May, we’ve updated our Met Gala Model “database” with the latest information.

Here you’ll find Christy Turlington’s first known Met attendance, in 1992, looking like a latter day Holly Golightly in a black Versace column with pearls around her neck; Linda Evangelista in Prada, naturally, at the 2012 “Schiaparelli and Prada: Impossible Conversations” gala; Naomi Campbell on the 2017 red carpet in the Azzedine Alaïa dress she wore down the designer’s runway; and much, much more. This Modelpalooza spans the 1990s to now, and, when available, includes links out to the runway debuts of these head-turning moments. Game on!
