A search was underway for a Santa Fe man after his vehicle was found at a national recreation area in northern Arizona.
The National Park Service issued a missing person search for Thomas Robison, 58, of Santa Fe. His vehicle was found abandoned at Lees Ferry in Glen Canyon National Recreation Area.
His vehicle was found on Sunday, April 21.
NPS said it is believed Robison may have tried to go down the Colorado River with his dog on a self-made raft. A body was found in the river on Friday, May 10.
Park Rangers recovered the body and it was transported to Lees Ferry and to the Coconino County Medical Examiner's Office.
Initial information found the body was of Robison and the Medical Examiner will confirm the identification.

His dog is a Welsh Corgi breed.
