Calls to close name change loophole for NI sex offenders

Sex offenders in Northern Ireland may be banned from being able to secretly change their name under plans being considered by the Department of Justice.

It comes after a bill was brought forward in Westminster to change the law around how paedophiles, rapists and other sex criminals are monitored.
