Watch: Stray Kitten Gets Rescued After Crashing Live TV Broadcast

This is the adorable moment a tiny kitten is rescued from life on the streets after she walked onto the set of a live TV broadcast.

The ginger and white moggy decided she wanted in on the action and refused to leave the set where reporter Nima Shaffe was working for Channel 7 in Detroit.

Nima was reporting on gun safety week in America but the cat completely changed the tone when she started to meow loudly just off camera.

Rescued: Lucky Seven escaped the streets when she wandered onto the live TV broadcast (Channel 7)

The crew instantly fell for the kitten and once the broadcast ended they called the Human Society of Huron Valley where she was taken in off the streets.

However, Nima found time to show a lot of love for the cat - who the crew named Lucky Seven - in front of the cameras to the delighted presenters in the studio.

Lucky Seven is now safe and warm and the rescue centre is trying to find her a new forever home.
