Drew Carey and dancing partner Cheryl Burke left the competition, after achieving the lowest score in last night's (April 21) party anthem-themed show.

The TV game show host received 32 points from the judges for his tango to Rick James's 'Super Freak' and scored the lowest total combined with public votes.

Carey was left in the bottom two alongside Candace Cameron Bure and dancing partner Mark Ballas, who also gained 32 points from the judges for their cha-cha-cha to 'I Love It'.

"I got farther than I thought I would, to tell you the truth," Carey said on hearing the news. "Thanks for all the kindness and the love."

Elsewhere in the show, Meryl Davis and Maksim Chmerkovskiy had a reason to celebrate after getting a 10 from all the judges, who included guest judge Redfoo.

Dancing with the Stars continues next Monday at 8/7c on ABC.
