OWINGS MILLS, MD — The AMC Owings Mills has undergone a makeover and updated its seating, menu and technology. The renovations were completed as of mid June, according to AMC.

PRIME at AMC is now offered in Owings Mills, making it one of a dozen AMC theaters in the nation and the only one in Maryland with this service. PRIME gives viewers an immersive experience so that while watching a movie, they feel it too thanks to seat rumblers built into the recliners as well as surround sound so viewers feel explosions and blasts.

The theater continues featuring IMAX technology that also gives moviegoers the feeling of being transported, with film shot using IMAX cameras.
