The Bartender: Chelsey Watson

Age entered the industry: 17, as a hostess and then worked in every position in a restaurant, settling on bartending.

What she likes about her job: I love the energy and getting to interact with so many different people.

A good story: I grew up in Dover. Once, when I was waiting tables, I told my customers about my new apartment. I said I didn’t have a Christmas tree yet. When they were finished, they left a tip, plus an additional $50 for my Christmas tree. It was so nice.

On winning the lottery: I would buy a car because I don’t have one. Then I would have transportation to go buy other stuff.

Dream job: Shark cage diver. Sharks are my absolute favorite animal on the planet.
