Lacey Home Improvement Program Opens For Submission

Lacey Township is looking for people who could benefit from their home improvement program.

LACEY, NJ - Lacey Township is looking for names of those who would be interested in taking part of their home improvement program. Open for low to moderate income families, the program is structured as a forgivable loan after ten years.

Eligible owners could get a loan to improve roofing, windows, electrical upgrades, heating systems, insulation, plumbing or other safety and health violation.

  • 6 person household $83,450
  • 7 person household $89,200
  • 8 person household $94,950
