Janet Jackson dates for Boston’s TD Garden, Foxwoods casino postponed

Janet Jackson’s 2020 “Black Diamond” tour has been postponed, according to a message that appears during the ticket purchasing process.

There has been no official announcement from the Janet Jackson camp. Dates at the Grand Theater at Foxwoods on July 17 and the TD Garden in Boston on July 18 are still listed on the singer’s website.

It is only when a user tries to buy tickets that a notification about the postponement appears.

While the TD Garden has pegged the show as “postponed" on its platforms, Foxwoods gives no indication on its site that the show won’t go on. Tickets are still available for purchase both through the venue (foxwoods.com) and Ticketmaster. The ticket purchase comes with an invitation to take part in a “special room offer" from Foxwoods.

The Jackson show is one of several postponed concerts that are still lingering on the Foxwoods site.

A Jackson Browne concert scheduled for June 21 is still listed, with tickets available for purchase. However, according to the singer’s website, the performance has been postponed with tickets being honored for a yet-to-be-determined future date.
