Nine Arrested In Putnam During Labor Day Crackdown

State police from Troop K announced they took 31 impaired drivers off Hudson Valley roads over the Labor day holiday weekend.

SOUTHEAST, NY — State police in Troop K arrested 31 drivers during the Labor Day weekend crackdown and charged them with driving while impaired. Nine were in Putnam County, most in Southeast.

  • On Aug. 31, State Police from SP Stormville arrested Adam J. Heyd, 37, of Somers, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of Putnam Valley, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police alleged.
  • On Sept. 1, State Police from SP East Fishkill arrested Vincent A. Nagle, 48, of Ridgefield, CT, for DWI with a prior conviction within ten years, a class E felony. He was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of Southeast, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police allege.
  • On Sept. 1, State Police from SP Somers arrested Richard C. Pavain, 36, of Seymour, CT, for DWI with a prior conviction within ten years, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 1st degree, both class E felonies. He was traveling on Interstate 684 in the town of Southeast, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police allege.
  • On Sept. 1, State Police from SP Somers arrested Henry L. Anchundia, 34, of Carmel, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 684 in the town of Southeast, when he was involved in a motor vehicle collision. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police allege.
  • On Sept. 1, State Police from SP Stormville arrested Clarence T. Kinney, 27, of Bronx, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of Putnam Valley, when he was found on the road shoulder with two flat tires. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police allege.
  • On Sept. 2, State Police from SP Poughkeepsie arrested Felix Lemus Perez, 28, of Danbury, CT, for DWI. He was traveling on Danbury Road in the town of Southeast, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police allege.
  • On Sept. 2, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Dylan R. Pricket-Murphy, 20, of Pawling, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 22 in the town of Patterson, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police allege.
  • On Sept. 2, State Police from SP East Fishkill arrested Jaime A. Sagastume-Villafuerte, 29, of Bethel, CT, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of Patterson, when he was involved in a motor vehicle collision. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police allege.
  • On Sept. 3, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Daniel R. Golenbock, 35, of Newtown, CT, for DWI and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd degree, both misdemeanors. He was traveling on State Route 22 in the town of Southeast, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol with a suspended license, police allege.
