Stafford Obituary: Bruce Warren, 65

Bruce Cutler Warren, 65, of Staffordville, passed away on Wednesday, August 29, 2018.

He was born on October 10, 1952 in Stafford Springs, son of the late Alexander and Dorothy (Staples) Warren. Bruce was employed by Cuno/3M for 47 years as a receiving warehouse technician, and was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Stafford.

He grew up on Staffordville Lake and was a champion water and slalom skier from the age of five and throughout his younger years. He also enjoyed zipping around Staffordville Lake and the woods with his snowmobile. His family dogs were Sandy and Penny.

Bruce is survived by his sister, Cynthia (Warren) Mahdalik of Stafford Springs; brother, Arthur Staples Warren and his wife Linda of Richmond, VA; two nieces, Alana Jean Mahdalik of North Stonington, and McCullough Leigh Buchanan of Clearwater, FL; and nephew, Arthur Staples Warren, Jr. of Palm Water, FL. He was predeceased by his brother-in-law, Rudolph Mahdalik.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 from 5:00-6:30 P.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs. Burial in Stafford Springs Cemetery, Stafford Springs, will take place privately.
