Technician Ralph Cabrera was named employee of the month for February at Jacobs Engineering Lakeland.
Santillo recognized as top producer
Maria Santillo, broker associate at RE/MAX Experts in Lakeland was recognized by Best Agent Today, a nationwide independent research organization, as a Certified Top Producer. Santillo received the certification for her outstanding performance in the 33813 Lakeland zip code during 2017.
CPS people active in community
James Luffman, CPA/PFS, Principal of CPS Investment Advisors, recently mentored students involved in The Men of Tomorrow Program at the CPS Financial Center. The Mu Zeta Lambda chapter of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity coordinates the program, which has positively impacted more than 500 young men and their families over the years. CPS Portfolio Analyst Derek Oxford gave a presentation on budgeting basics and CPS Portfolio Analyst KC Wilson also served as a mentor.
Barnett joins Citizens board
Wesley Barnett, of Lakeland Hospitality Group, has joined the Citizens Bank & Trust board of directors. Barnett, a native of Lakeland and the son of Carol and Barney Barnett, graduated from All Saints Academy in Winter Haven in 2004 and went on to earn a bachelor's degree from Wake Forest University's Calloway School of Business. Barnett later attended UCLA Anderson, earning his master's of business administration degree.
Smith in top 10
