Actress Jennifer Garner bucked the trend when she tucked into a calorific pizza treat at the Elle Women in Hollywood Awards in Beverly Hills on Monday.

Wearing a glitzy purple skater dress, the mum-of-three showed she's not afraid of a little indulgence as she let her hair down at the event.

It was a tale of two Jennifers as Miss Lawrence looked like a bride in her white long-sleeved Oscar de la Renta dress at the showbiz bash.

Lawrence will next reprise her role as Katniss Everdeen in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1, due out November 21.
