Robert A. Decklever, 66, of Waukee, died Tuesday, February 19, 2013, at Kavanagh House in Des Moines.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, February 22, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Waukee. Burial will be at Saint Peter Cemetery in Toeterville, IA.
