Hedge fund honcho sues ex-Wonderbra model in rental feud

A beautiful model known as “Miss Wonderbra’’ is nothing but an ugly landlord who raked in more than $1 million in rent for a leaky, vermin-
infested dump in Gramercy Park, one of her former tenants charges in a lawsuit.

But lingerie model Brenda Schad says hedge-fund honcho Paul Enright was a very difficult tenant — and that he and his family did so much damage to her pricey pad that she now needs to renovate it.

Enright says in Manhattan Supreme Court papers that he put down more than $1 million to rent Schad’s 4,120-square-foot apartment on East 19th Street for more than three years through February 2014. Yet he couldn’t even use the garden, he gripes in his suit, because it was overrun by vermin, making it “especially unsafe” for his children.

The moneyman — who with wife Megan Kearney just bought a $25 million, 19th-floor apartment at prestigious 737 Park Ave. — adds in court papers that the basement was crammed with the former Vogue cover girl’s belongings, making it unusable.

To top it off, the roof leaked, according to the lawsuit.

But Schad, now a 46-year-old mother of two, says the Enrights must not have been all that upset — as they re-signed their lease on her apartment at least six times over the years.

“It was a very difficult tenancy,” the brunette beauty sniffed to The Post about the Enrights on Friday.

“I’m sure they’re just looking for something to complain about.”

According to Schad, the Enrights destroyed her custom kitchen cabinets by gluing blackboards to them — and she now needs to renovate the home to repair the damage they left.

Enright — who works at Viking Global Investors, a hedge fund with $16.7 billion in investments and run by former Norwegian naval commando Andreas Halvorsen — is suing for a $625,000 refund plus the return of his $18,000 security deposit.

Enright declined to comment.
