Steroids and HGH Seized in Magnolia, TX

Authorities busted a steroid operation in Magnolia, TX

MAGNOLIA, TX — The juice man got busted. The U.S. Postal Inspection Service was tracking a shipment of human growth hormone and anabolic steroids from China to Magnolia, TX.

When the shipment was closing in on the intended destination, the postal cops reached out to plain ol' five-oh.

On Tuesday, Aug. 16, the Montgomery County Narcotics Enforcement Team knocked on the door of a residence in the 9000 block of Water Front Court in Magnolia, TX. During the search the cops found about 1,000 tablets and 600 vials of HGH and anabolic steroids.

So far there is no word on whether or not anyone was arrested, but the investigation is ongoing. The Montgomery County Narcotics Enforcement Team is a cooperative, multi-agency task force made up of law enforcement agencies from Montgomery and Walker counties.

Among the agencies involved are: Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, Walker County Sheriff’s Office, Montgomery County Precinct 4 Constables Offices, Texas Department of Public Safety-CID, Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, Walker County District Attorney’s Office, Customs and Border Protection Houston Air and Marine Operations and Homeland Security Investigations.
