Christmas time has the Yule Log footage. You know, for people to put on their TV and have roaring in the background. So what should Thanksgiving get? Well, Destination America's got you covered. In their own press release, they describe their programming as the "sloooooowest holiday special ever," and the "snoozefest you need." Yes, it's five hours of a f***ing train. Just...training along.
A "mesmerizingly monotonous" experience they promise as the train chugs along from 9am to 2pm - and then goes right into an encore presentation. So really, 10 hours of this damn train. So settle in for the fun. It's not like there's football, or countless hours of high-profile, well-reviewed streaming shows to watch instead.
