Joe Giudice, who appeared alongside wife Teresa on “The Real Housewives of New Jersey,” is set to be deported.

Teresa’s husband was ordered to return to his native Italy at the end of his prison sentence, Page Six confirmed on Wednesday.

“Immigration Judge John Ellington ordered Giuseppe Giudice removed from the United States,” the press secretary at Pennsylvania’s York Immigration Court told us.

He is set to be released on March 14, 2019, per Bureau of Prisons records.

Joe and Teresa, both 46, pleaded guilty to 41 counts of fraud in 2014. Teresa served 11 months at FCI Danbury in 2015 and Joe is currently serving a 41-month prison sentence at FCI Allenwood in Pennsylvania. He was originally serving his sentence at FCI Fort Dix, but complained that he was not able to participate in an alcohol abuse treatment program at the facility because of a detainer on him.

On a positive note, the couple’s 2009 bankruptcy case was dismissed in June, and they intend on staying together with their four daughters, Gia, 17, Gabriella, 14, Milania, 12, and Audriana, 9.

“Teresa is not talking about getting divorced, she is not thinking about getting divorced and she’s not filing for divorce,” the RHONJ star’s lawyer, James Leonard Jr., told Page Six last week. “It’s not happening, not just now, but never. I can’t be any more clear about it.”
