Northwest Arkansas authorities say woman who disappeared Sunday died in crash

The Bentonville, Ark. Police Department says a woman reported missing Sunday died in a crash.
Anne Carroll Dwinell's husband notified police Sunday around 4:15 a.m. He says Anne called him when she was about 10 minutes from home, but never showed up.
Police found her car crashed in a creek near Winslow, south of Fayetteville.
It’s unknown at this time what caused the crash.
