The towering, ganache-dripping, caramel-drizzled cheesecakes at Cheesecake Factory may get all the attention, but true CF devotees know there's a second reason to hit up the chain for dinner: the free bread it serves with every meal. Many restaurants serve a basket of rolls, but for years, Cheesecake Factory's has stood out for its sweet, oat-topped "brown bread."

It's so popular, in fact, that the chain has decided to start selling it online and in grocery stores nationwide. You can buy three variations on the recipe, Food & Wine reported: heat-and-serve dinner rolls, mini baguettes (much like the ones you'd get at the restaurant), and as sandwich bread. That last option pretty much guarantees you'll never have a sad desk lunch again, especially when served with chicken salad or as a bacon apple cheddar grilled cheese. It's got just the right hint of sweetness to complement creamy, salty, and sweet-tart flavors.

Several bloggers have tried copycat recipes, many calling for cocoa powder, espresso powder, or both to get that signature color, though a look at the ingredients listing suggests the color comes from molasses and caramel color. The more you know!

Cheesecake Factory recommends baking the bread for 5 minutes at 350 degrees to get the full CF experience at home. If you're going that far, you should probably whip up this Funfetti Cheesecake too, and pretend that copies of Harry Potter And The Goblet Of Fire is your menu (since they're roughly the same pagelength). You know, for the full effect.
