Southeastern Developmental Services will be awarding two $500 scholarships in memory of Walter Ely. Anyone who wishes to further their education is encouraged to apply. There are no age restrictions. To enter, please submit a 1,000 word essay as to why you should be awarded the scholarship. The deadline for entries is April 10, 2015. The winner will be announced in May 2015.
