Brooke Burke-Charvet emerged for the first time since her neighbour Mike Fleiss was charged with harassing the she and her husband David.
The 43-year-old former Dancing With The Stars co-host looked relaxed and happy after leaving a yoga session in Los Angeles on Friday.
Sporting a lime green workout vest and black workout pants, Brooke's hair looked rather unruly and wild as she made her way to her car.

Her appearance comes a day after TMZ reported there is a warrant out for the arrest of Bachelor creator Mike Fleiss for Disturbing The Peace By Loud Noise
His alleged victims are Dancing With The Stars vet Brooke Burke and Baywatch icon Dave Charvet, who are neighbors with the 50-year-old TV producer in Los Angeles
The L.A. County D.A. has charged Fleiss after he was 'uncooperative' with police during the investigation, according to sources.
Charvet and Burke have accused Fleiss of 'initiated a campaign of terror and harassment against them, making physical threats and blaring barking dog sounds at all hours from huge speakers pointing at their property,' according to TMZ.
In October the couple tried to get a restraining order against the ABC fixture, but struck out.
In addition to the previously mentioned complaints, Charvet, 42, also said Fleiss revs his car engine when he sees him.
The actor added Mike is the reason Burke was fired from her hosting gig on Dancing With The Stars.

The couple recently moved next door to the Texas Chainsaw Massacre producer after putting their former Malibu mansion on the market for $13m.
While the luxurious house seems too good to give up, David and Brooke, along with their four children - Heaven Rain, aged seven, and a son, Shaya Braven, aged six, and Brooke's from a previous marriage Neriah, 14, and Sierra, 12 - are very well catered for at their new home.
The family's new 14,000-square-feet mansion features an extensive ocean view, a tennis court and a swimming pool.

Brooke is famous for her chiselled physique, and can thank Booty Burn for her figure,
