Bowling: Obermier, Picht, Womack, Ivy roll top scores

Obe Obermier and Jimmy Picht claimed high scoring honors on the bowling lanes at Village Bowl this week.

Obermier had a 674 series in the Columbia 300 and a 246 game. Pitcht had the top game at 279 in the Semi Classic where Robert Herrell also had runner-up series of 660.

Robin Ivy led the ladies in the Semi Classic with a 487. Melissa Conner had runner-up game of 186 game and 481 series. Billie Womack's 200 game was tops and Inez Pitts had a high game of 197.

Womack led the seniors with that 200 in the Fred Roach Doubles and Pam Roberson had a 481 series. For the men, Mike McKnight had a 254 game and Steve Somerville had a 666 series.
