The Nisswa Garden Club will meet Thursday, Aug. 23, at Lutheran Church of the Cross in Nisswa with social hour and check-in at noon.
Jeff Dirks, of the Horticulture Department with Central Lakes College, will present the program, entitled "Growing Vegetables with Hydroponics." Pat Frykholm will host the event.
Upcoming programs include "Stump the Panel," a question-and-answer session with University of Minnesota Extension Master Gardeners on Sept. 27; and "From Acorn to Zucchini," all about squash with Brenda Myers on Oct. 25.
