This is B-Roll of the promotion of Lt. Col. Ricky Smith to Colonel held at the West Jordan Armory, Sept. 20, 2018. Col. Smith is the commander of 97 Aviation Troop Command. The 97th has two battalions under it. 1st Battalion is a an AH-64 Apache attack helicopter unit and 2nd battalion is a UH-60 Blackhawk unit, which has an additional pair of UH-72 Lakota helicopters and a C-12
