‘Human Ken Doll’ Rodrigo Alves took Celebrity Big Brother 2018 by storm after entering the house alongside the likes of Ryan Thomas and Love Island’s Gabby Allen – although his time came to an abrupt end after he was removed from the show.
The 34 year old made no secret about undergoing extensive cosmetic procedures to attain his ideal look – including having four ribs removed for a slimmer waist.
Whilst the socialite from Brazil now struts his stuff in smart suits in some of the world’s most lavish hotspots, that’s not always been the case.
So what did Rodrigo Alves look like before his surgery?
Rodrigo has gone under the knife a whopping 60 times since the age of 17.
He’s received a wide range of operations and enhancements including botox, fillers and hair transplants.
In the past year, he’s had to wear a tightly fitted corset after having four of his ribs removed – and has even hinted at plans to become a woman.
Speaking exclusively with OK! Online, Rodrigo said: “Becoming a woman is something that I really want to do and I will make my dreams come true.”
Prior to his surgery, Rodrigo use to have stubble on his face and rich brunette locks.
Nowadays, the clean shaven 34 year old rocks blonde hair and a chiselled jawline.
He’s also opted to have fillers around his abdomen to form the shape of a six pack, as well as having silicone implants in his biceps.
His transformation seems to be a hit with the ladies, as Rodrigo dated former CBB housemate Chloe Khan back in 2017.
Chloe and Rodrigo’s romance failed to last however, but they still remain close friends.
With no desire to stop going under the knife for his perfect look, Rodrigo’s cosmetic surgery spending could soon hit seven figures after his stint in the CBB house.
