The first transgender “Real Housewives” cast member could soon be heading to the Atlanta franchise, and model Amiyah Scott has already shot scenes with the other women on the Bravo reality show at an even hosted by Kenya Moore.

Scott, 27, who was born Arthur, is being eyed to join the cast for Season 8 following the recent departure of fan favorite NeNe Leakes.

“Amiyah attended a cast event that Kenya threw in Atlanta on Monday night, which was the first time she had filmed for the show,” an insider with knowledge of the situation told TheWrap.

“She is being considered for being featured on the series but it is too early to tell yet as there is still so much time until production and things could still change.”

Scott has openly talked about her transition, which she began at 17, on social media and describes herself as a transgender model, makeup guru, weave specialist and “unicorn with an invisible horn” in her Twitter profile. She also has her own website where she offers makeup advice to followers.

With Leakes quitting the show after seven seasons and heading to ABC for upcoming variety series “To Tell the Truth,” alongside Betty White and Anthony Anderson, there is a large void to fill at “RHOA” but it is still unknown whether Scott could be a potential regular star on the reality show.

“No one knows in what capacity Amiyah would be featured, it could be as a cast member or in a guest role as she is friends with some of the ladies,” the insider said. “Official casting announcements aren’t expected until mid-late September.”

“Facts of Life” actress Kim Fields is also reportedly joining “Real Housewives of Atlanta” when it returns for Season 8.
