HOLBROOK, Ariz. (AP) - The Latest on a northern Arizona freeway closure (all times local):

Authorities say a body found on Interstate 40 near Holbrook was that of a man who intentionally crouched or kneeled in the road.
Arizona Department of Public Safety spokesman Bart Graves says 33-year-old Randall Nelson was hit by a vehicle and killed early Thursday morning. He was a resident of Holbrook.
Graves says Nelson had sent several messages to his family beforehand.
Eastbound traffic on I-40 had been rerouted through Holbrook while authorities investigated. The interstate reopened before 9 a.m.
