The pair, who got engaged in 2006, “quietly parted ways earlier in the year,” Murray’s rep tells PEOPLE. Murray, 32, met Dalton, 25, in 2005 when she had a walk-on role as a high school cheerleader on the show. Murray was previously married to his One Tree Hill costar Sophia Bush, but she filed court papers seeking an annulment five months after their April 2005 wedding. By the time their divorce was finalized at the end of 2006, Murray was already engaged to Dalton. Murray may have already moved on – he was spotted leaving the Chateau Marmont in L.A. on Wednesday night with his Left Behind costar, Australian actress Nicky Whelan. • Reporting by MELODY CHIU
